What is the engraving, and how does it work?
Engraving is a method by which to carve a pattern or text in an object. Engraving works on many different materials such as metal, wood, leather etc. We engrave in leather and metal and make use of laser engraving. We burn off the area to be visible, such as text or symbol.
How do I create my design on the engraving?
It is very easy to design the engraving as you want it on the accessory. Our engraving service is very intuitive and the design is similar to most graphics programs. You know well enough when you see it. If you still need help on how to do so, we have made a Design Guide that explains how to design, step by step.
How long will the engraving last?
Engraving is generally very durable. How long it lasts depends on the engraved material. When it comes to leather we will fill the engraving surface with paint that will wear off in a certain degree of use. However, it will last for very long since a depression in created in the leather which is where we put the paint. Engraving made ??on the metall products is very durable and keeps forever if you do not have metal objects in your pocket.
What will the engraving look like?
We have done our best to give you a feel of what the final result will look like. You can see what your accessory will look like in the engraving service. Regarding accessories in leather, the engraving gets more depth since we burn the surface off and fill the engraving with color.
I would like to engrave my own picture or symbol. Is it possible?
You can upload a picture or symbol by clicking SYMBOLS> UPLOAD IMAGE (green button) in the engraving service .
Can you engrave on my accessory?
No, sorry. We engrave only on the products that we sell because we can not guarantee that the engraving will be successful on your accessory.
Can you engrave on the inside or backside?
No, at the moment we only have the option to engrave on the front of our products.
Can I save my design?
No, in the current situation we do not have that feature.

What can I buy at your site?
Here you will find a wide selection of personal accessories - wallets, card holders , money clips and key rings. Most of our products are engravable and on which you can design your engraving .
I have questions regarding a product. What should I do?
E-mail us and we will answer as soon as possible. During weekdays and normal business hours we normally answer e-mail within 24 hours.
Is the item in stock?
Every product that can be ordered on our website is in stock. If the item is not in stock it will be clearly displayed. Some products that are out of stock can be ordered. This is also mentioned on that particular product page.
Can you order a product for me that is'nt in your normal product range?
The opinions of our customers are very important for us. If we don't have the product you want, email us! We are open for any suggestion.
Can you let me know when a product is into stock?
Yes, absolutely. Send an e-mail to us with and tell us what product you are interested in. We can make an assessment of when it will be in stock and send you another e-mail when it had arrived.
How long is the guarantee?
We offer 1 year guarantee on all our products. Products do get worn during normal use and we will therefore not replace products damaged due to abnormal or improper operation
The product was broken or didn't meet my expectations. What should I do?
E-mail us and describe what happened and we will solve it. Do not return a product without first consulting with us and receive approval for your return.
How do I return a product?
E-mail us first and explain what is wrong. If we accept your return we will send you explicit instructions on what to do.

Payment & Delivery

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment by credit card and prepayment wire transfer into our bank account. You select payment method during the checkout after you've added your products to shopping cart. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
What is prepayment?
Prepay lets you to make a money transfer to our bank account . This is a good option if you do not have a credit card or do not like to use it for payments on the Internet. The downside of this payment method is that it will take a few more days processing your order since we will wait until the money has been received in our bank account. When you using prepay, you will receive instructions on how to make the payment (account nr etc.). NOTE! You do not have to cancel an unpayed prepay-order since it will not be processed before it is payed.
How do I make a payment in advance from abroad?
When you place your order you will receive our BIC / IBAN number (our international bank account number) for payment. This number is also sent to your e-mail address.
How long is your delivery time?
Normally it takes 3-4 business days to deliver the order, but sometimes it can take up to 5-6 business days. Shipping outside of the EU is also subject to longer delivery times, normally between 1-2 weeks. These delivery times assumes that you choose credit card payment. The deposit (payment in advance to our bank account) assumes the delivery times from the date we receive your payment on our account. Note! It takes at least one business day before the payment is visible to us.
Delivery before a certain date. Is it possible?
Usually we deliver within 3-4 working days within EU (8-12 days outside EU), but if you feel unsure and want to know if we will be able to deliver before a certain date, email us and we will give you a response.
Do you ship to other countries than Sweden?
We ship within the Nordic Region, European Union as well as North America. For orders to other countries, please contact us
Will I get the product in the mail or do I have to go to my Post Office or similar point of service?
In most cases you will receive the product directly in the mailbox since our products are small and normally classified as letters.
What are the shipping costs?
Unless specified by a discount offer or shipping terms for specific goods (eg bulky goods), all orders receive a modest shipping charge of $4 for each delivery (regardless of how many products the delivery includes). Deviating terms of delivery are specified explicitly in the context of order (ie, at check-out of the cart).
Do you have physical store where you can retrieve the product?
In the current situation we have no store.
Can I cancel my purchase for refund?
Most certainly, according to Swedish law you have 14 days right at the distance selling. We have expanded the right of withdrawal up to a whole 30 days so you can feel safe when making a purchase. You may return the product provided it is unused, that is in mint condition. We repay you the full amount. You will, however, pay for the return postage. NOTE! You waive the right of withdrawal when you order a product with engraving . This is due to the fact that the prooduct has been customized for you and can not be sold to someone else.

How secure is your payment service?
We use the Swedish payment service Samport. All information sent between our website and payment services is encrypted. No one else will take part of your card details or other personal information.
How do you handle personal information?
Your personal information is handled in a very safe way. We comply with the Data Protection Act and will never publish any personal information to third parties unless there is a court order
Do I need to install anything in order to design the engraving?
No, you do not install anything (in 97% of cases) to create your design. If you do not have Flash installed, you will receive instructions on the side how to proceed with the installation. If not, you can download here .
Are cookies used?
Yes, wildwallets.com uses cookies for increased usability providing user access to member functions and features. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit saves on your computer. If you do not accept cookies you can disable cookies through your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.) security settings. This will however limit the usability and user experience of Wildwallets.com.
What is Flash?
Flash is a very common application used on websites to give them more life and interactivity. We have used Flash to build our engraving services so that you can design your engraving as smoothly as possible. Note! Purchase Terms
Varitude AB (company number 556938-3267) conducts the business of Wildwallets.com. To purchase from Wildwallets.com you must be over 18 years old or have parental consent.

Wilwallets.com reserves its rights for misprints, typographical errors, price errors, pricequotes, and warehousing as well as for the final sale. Wildwallets.com also reserves the right to refuse orders. Prices include VAT for countries included in the European Union. Special deals, promotions and one time offerings which we do not set deadlines for last as long as the supply.

When you place an order, an order confirmation e-mail is sent to you with information about your order. Always check the order confirmation sent via email to see that everything is right. Should there be any questions, please contact our customer service immediately via the contact form on the right. Always save the order confirmation and remember to always state the order number when contacting our customer service. In case you want to cancel or change any of your orders, you should get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. Our deliveries are made as soon as we can and therefore it is unfortunately not always possible to change the order.

To order products from Wildwallets.com you must enter your email address. This is our only channel of communication with our clients so please ensure that you enter the correct contact information. Without the correct e-mail address, we can not contact or notify you if there are problems with your order.

Wildwallets.com offers the following payment options:

Online Payment
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card there are no extra charges. We currently accept only VISA and MasterCard. Credit card payment is processed by our payment partner Samport (www.samport.com) to ensure secure payments. When you choose to pay by card, you will be passed on to a secure page on Samport (TellusPay) for card payments. On that page, select the card type, enter the card number, expiration date, card security code (CVV) and the cardholder's name. A check is carried out so that the credit card data is correct and that there are sufficient funds for the purchase. The purchase amount will now be reserved on your account. When the goods are sent, the money from your account with the reserved amount is transferred via Samport to us. Samport, which handles the card data meet the requirements for PCI-DSS, which is the common payment security standard.

In addition to offering credit card payment Wildwallets.com prepay payment method, ie wire transfer to our bank in Sweden. After selecting this payment method, you will receive instructions on how to transfer money to our bank account. Important to remember is to specify the order number in the OCR number (reference number) / message field at your online bank. In some cases, your bank does not accept our order number as OCR. In this case, enter your first and last name. Please note that it takes at least one business day for the payment to be registered with us. Therefore, you should pay by card if you want your order as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
If you regret your purchase and do not want to switch to another product, you may return goods for a full refund. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days from delivery date. You may not tape, glue or modify the product’s package. Please wrap it in a plastic or any other suited container for protection. The customer pays for return shipping. Generally it takes about 10 working days from the time we process your return until you receive your refund. NOTE! You, the customer have financial responsibility the goods are returned to us.

Complaint Policy
If the delivered product is faulty, please contact Wildwallets.com promptly through the contact form on the right. Enter your order number and describe the product’s fault, how it occurred and when you discovered it. We will then help you with a replacement or refund. It is important to always report faults as soon as possible. To return the goods it is important to notify us prior to any return. Wildwallets.com must accept it before you can return the product. If we accept your complaint the you will get refunded for the return fee. Always enclose the original packaging.

Shipping Terms
Unless specified by a discount offer or shipping terms for specific goods (eg bulky goods), all orders receive a modest shipping charge of $4 for each delivery (regardless of how many products the delivery includes). Deviating terms of delivery are specified explicitly in the context of order (ie, at check-out of the cart). All products shown are usually in stock for immediate delivery. It says clearly on the product page if the product is out of stock and you will not be able to purchase such an item. Some goods can be ordered with delayed delivery. The goods at Wildwallets.com are generally available for shipment within 3-6 days but we reserve the right to items being sold out, which can extend the delivery time. Shipping outside of the EU is also subject to longer delivery times, normally between 1-2 weeks

Sometimes it happens that some of the items you ordered are not in stock and become backordered. This is due to a bug in our warehouse stock. If this occurs, we will send you an email within 1-3 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your residual listing or if you have any questions regarding delivery times, etc. If an item is backordered, this means a delay in your order and if you choose to cancel the order through our customer service no fees will be charged.

Deliveries of large packages that do not fit in the mailbox or the delivery of high value items are always handled via the nearest Postal delivery point.

For packages that are not picked up a charge for uncollected package is €30. This is equivalent to the costs it has caused us to send out the package, and receive and process the return.

Wildwallets.com allways send their parcels with Posten AB Sweden. If goods are damaged or lost during transport Wildwallets.com responsible for payment but you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time (2 months). If goods are damaged or lost when you return it to us, you will be financially responsible.
